I got 5 WUs I can't completely upload,the manager give back this message.
A different pc uploads smoothly as ever from the same ip .

I have the same error!

Two of the four result files were uploaded and the other two get this error for more than 12 hours. A later finished WU was uploaded without any problems and a new WU downloaded, too.

Anything to do from here?

I think the server file system has the file locked; it may take a server reboot to clear.

I had the same on three wu's. I aborted them so as not to run dry. Maybe the only choice!
